Is now an historical museum. It began as a trading post, residence, and
a restaurant and a gathering place for businessmen, travelers, and
neighbors. Volunteers that worked here have seen the spirit of a Mr.
Stranahan all over the house and in the gift shop the smell of Ivy
perfume. Visitors that come to the house report of a warm type of feel
they get like a warm blanket over them. Frank and Ivy Stranahan believe
to still
be in the house from time to time. |
